Every few Summernats, Rod and Hud Johnston turn up with a new budget-built creation that blows everyone away with its workmanship and creativity. This year it was Rod's FJ coupe that shocked the troops and took out Top Custom in the Elite Hall. Besides the coupe-conversion and chop-top, there is a stunning race-inspired interior, highly detailed Toyota Hemi V8 and super-cool rolling stock. Check out the full story in the May issue.
